Here are three ways that technology can help. 
1. Establish A Data-Driven, Holistic Recruitment Process To Attract Talent
Employees across the generations are increasingly scrutinizing corporate values when deciding where they’d like to work. Social media can be an invaluable tool for companies to present what they stand for and to target job posts to like-minded applicants. Organizations might also partner with job search platforms to reach larger, curated audiences. 
Talent-finding tools might be integrated into a recruitment platform with an applicant tracking system so that all information—from the initial application phase through the interview and post-decision stages—is in one place, says Jane Hoff, director of human resource services at the accounting, consulting and technology services firm Crowe. In this way, hiring managers can more efficiently monitor applications and move them forward, and candidates can check on the status of their applications and ask questions, ultimately improving their experience with the company. Such a platform could also streamline remote onboarding by linking new hires to orientation-related resources.
